I used a lightening gel for years that worked well but was terrible in composition. The spray is 3x more expensive for far fewer uses, but if you care about clean cosmetics and if you care at all about what you use, you won't be disappointed! Really lightens!

This spray is very gentle on hair with a nice Chamomile scent and it gives beautiful lighter highlights... I was blonde when I was younger and then I got highlights but I haven't had them redone since April and I really like my color! a real time and money saver compared to the hairdresser. only downside the sprays are very small and for long hair it would be more eco-friendly to make bigger bottles..

I followed the instructions to the letter (massage the scalp with the serum and smooth down to the ends), I was pretty skeptical, but I've used it three times now and my hair is already so much shinier and like plumped up, it's simply coming back to life, I put a dose in the palm of my hand and warm the serum by rubbing my hands together, then I massage my scalp, I do that at least three times to cover more or less...

I find this spray very effective especially in the sun. However my hair lightened evenly. I can't manage to create highlights.
